The Administration Section Head is responsible for leading the administration team and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This role oversees facilities management, workplace readiness, administrative services, business travel, vendor relationships, and process improvements to maintain an efficient, safe, and well-organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage company facilities, maintenance activities, utilities, and infrastructure while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

• Ensure all offices and operational sites are fully prepared and operational, including furniture, utilities, security, and sanitation.

• Supervise administration staff (Office Boys, cleaning, and security teams) and monitor their performance.

• Oversee office supplies and administrative inventory, ensuring timely procurement and effective inventory control.

• Manage company business mobile lines, including allocation, records, usage monitoring, and cost control.

• Coordinate all employee business travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas, transportation, and travel documentation.

• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, monitor service quality, and support contract renewals and negotiations.

• Prepare regular reports on administration, facilities, maintenance, travel, and operational performance.

• Develop and improve administration policies, procedures, and processes to enhance workplace efficiency and employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5–8 years of experience in administration, facilities management, or workplace operations.

• Previous experience leading administration teams and managing external service providers.

• Strong knowledge of facilities management, workplace operations, and business travel coordination.
