The OD & Talent Manager is responsible for leading talent acquisition, organizational development, performance management, and talent development initiatives. The role ensures the organization has the right structure, people, and processes to support business growth while fostering a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, partnering with leadership on workforce planning, hiring priorities, and recruitment KPIs.

• Design and maintain organizational structures, reporting lines, role clarity, and job architecture to support business efficiency and scalability.

• Lead the performance management process, including goal setting, appraisals, calibration, and performance improvement initiatives, while aligning performance with rewards and development.

• Design career paths, succession planning, talent reviews, leadership development programs, and capability-building initiatives.

• Drive organizational development and change management initiatives to improve culture, engagement, collaboration, and productivity.

• Leverage people analytics and dashboards to provide insights, support decision-making, and continuously improve OD and talent management processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field

• 12+ years of experience in talent acquisition and organizational development roles

• Proven experience in developing and implementing effective talent acquisition and OD strategies

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical skills with experience in workforce planning and metrics

• Ability to influence at all levels of the organization

• Proficiency in HR software and applicant tracking systems
