Warehouse Operations Coordinator - Jordan
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant activities.
Supervise the receiving, sampling, weighing, storage, and dispatch of Used Cooking Oil (UCO) and other feedstocks.
Ensure inventory accuracy, proper storage utilization, and smooth shipping and product transfer operations.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with SOPs, ISCC, HSE, and company standards.
Supervise warehouse operators and track key operational KPIs.
Coordinate with Logistics, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless operations.
Maintain accurate warehouse records and drive continuous process improvements.
Ensure all warehouse transactions are accurately recorded in the Tagaddod system to maintain inventory accuracy and traceability.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome; up to 2 years of relevant experience is a plus.
Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Willingness to work 8-hour shifts, 6 days per week.
