Payroll Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage monthly payroll operations accurately and ensure compliance with Egyptian labor and social insurance regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

• Calculate salaries, overtime, deductions, bonuses, allowances, and other payroll components.

• Ensure payroll calculations comply with Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee payroll records.

• Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

• Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll data with Finance.

• Coordinate with HR and Finance on employee changes, including new hires, resignations, promotions, and salary adjustments.

• Support the preparation and submission of payroll-related documents and statutory requirements.

• Maintain confidentiality of employee compensation and payroll information.

• Assist with payroll audits and ensure proper documentation and records.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in payroll, preferably within an HR or Finance function.

• Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.

• Good knowledge of payroll calculations and statutory deductions.

• Strong Excel skills.

• Experience with HRIS or payroll systems; Odoo experience is a plus.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
