About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on and business-minded HR Business Partner to join our People & Culture team.
In this role, you will work closely with managers and employees to understand business needs, provide practical HR support, and contribute to people-related initiatives across the organization.
We are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with the business, solving people challenges, and taking ownership of a wide range of HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering
Partner with managers and employees on day-to-day HR and people matters.
Understand business needs and translate them into practical HR solutions.
Advise managers on employee relations, performance, team effectiveness, and people-related matters.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and proactively identify people-related needs and risks.
Support managers in handling sensitive employee situations and escalate issues when needed.
Recruitment
Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, profiles, and requirements.
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure an effective and timely hiring process.
Take ownership of recruitment activities during periods of high hiring demand.
HR Projects & Initiatives
Support the implementation and improvement of HR policies, processes, and initiatives.
Contribute to projects related to performance management, employee engagement, employee experience, learning and development, culture, and organizational development.
Support HR reporting, people data, and analysis.
Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and the overall employee experience.
Employee Experience
Act as a trusted point of contact for employees on HR and people-related matters.
Support employee communication and engagement initiatives.
Help ensure HR policies and initiatives are clearly communicated and effectively implemented.
What We're Looking For
2–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in an HRBP or HR Generalist role.
Hands-on experience working directly with managers and business stakeholders.
Good understanding of core HR practices and employee relations.
Practical understanding of the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable working independently.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sense of ownership and willingness to get involved in both strategic and day-to-day HR activities.
