Quality Control Specialist

Location: Alexandria Warehouse, Egypt

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Tagaddod’s Alexandria warehouse. The role involves collecting and reviewing samples, recording quality data, monitoring compliance with quality standards, and coordinating with the Quality, Laboratory, and Operations teams to ensure accurate results and consistent product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and handle samples from warehouse and field operations according to established procedures.

• Coordinate with laboratory teams to ensure samples are properly submitted, analyzed, and tracked.

• Record, organize, and review quality data and laboratory analysis results.

• Maintain accurate quality records, spreadsheets, and reports using Microsoft Excel.

• Monitor quality parameters and identify deviations from established standards.

• Report quality issues, discrepancies, and non-conformities to the relevant teams.

• Follow up on corrective actions to ensure quality issues are addressed.

• Coordinate with Operations and Laboratory teams to ensure smooth workflows and timely reporting.

• Ensure compliance with quality control procedures and sampling guidelines.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to maintain and enhance quality standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Science, preferably in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline.

• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Microsoft Excel: Good working knowledge of Excel, including data entry, organizing data, basic formulas, and preparing reports.

• Attention to Detail: High accuracy in sample collection, recording analysis results, and reviewing quality data.

• Communication Skills: Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with Quality, Laboratory, and Operations teams.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify quality issues, report discrepancies, and follow up on corrective actions.

• Working Under Pressure: Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment.

• Flexibility: Willingness to work in a warehouse-based and field-oriented environment and adapt to operational requirements.

• Commitment & Responsibility: Strong time management, discipline, reliability, and ownership of assigned tasks.
